QHSE Systems for Operational Managers

A practical two-day course designed to help managers and supervisors understand how quality, environmental and health-and-safety systems support everyday business performance. Rather than working through ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 clause by clause, the course focuses on what effective management looks like in practice: clear responsibilities, sensible controls, useful evidence, confident audit conversations and continual improvement. Through discussion, realistic manufacturing examples and hands-on workshops, participants will explore their own departmental processes, identify potential weaknesses and leave with practical tools to strengthen performance — without creating unnecessary paperwork or indulging in “audit theatre”.
