During this course you’ll explore why a Quality Management System (QMS) exists, how it underpins an organisation’s success, and how you — as an auditor — can drive meaningful improvement. SQMC combines decades of auditor experience with a proven pass-rate and an informal, practical learning environment. 

Across the week you’ll dig into the architecture of ISO 9001, the influential Plan–Do–Check–Act cycle, the seven Quality Management Principles, and those critical links between documentation, auditing best-practice (such as ISO 19011:2018), and business outcomes. You’ll also learn how to plan and execute audits: selecting samples, crafting smart questions, gathering valid evidence, and forming reasoned audit judgments for conformity or non-conformity. 

Finally, you’ll leave equipped not just to follow a checklist, but to lead a team, communicate clear audit reports, facilitate corrective and preventive action, and to confidently step into external audit roles.
